Events Bridgeway Opens Doors to the Neighborhood and Provides a Taste of Culinary Diversity (Elizabeth, NJ, August 4, 2010) - Helping Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services to get acquainted with its neighbors and celebrate the abundance of diverse local restaurants Ana Morales, Maria Gracia and Fabiola Alebortoa meet with David D’Antonio, Bridgeway’s Director of Partial Care and RIST Services. Bridgeway held an Open House on Tuesday, July 27, inviting members of the neighborhood and community leaders to learn more about the mental health services Bridgeway offers to the community while providing a taste of some of the delicious offerings from area restaurants. Brisas Colombianas Bakery & Coffee Shop, Bruno’s Pizzeria, Don Ricky Bakery & BBQ, Las Delicias, Parador Rojo, Tropicana Diner-Bakery, Jules Restaurant Caribbean & American Cuisine, and Dunkin Donuts generously donated food and beverages for the event. For 40 years, Bridgeway has provided services to New Jersey adults who are facing the difficulties of mental illness. Through recovery-centered support services Bridgeway assists individuals to live as independently as possible, learn and work in the community, and improve their quality of life. Bridgeway focuses on assisting people to recover meaningful and valued roles through effective cutting-edge mental health programming.
