Stay on 1&9 South until your see Kennedy Blvd./Jersey City Take the ramp on the right toward Kennedy Blvd./Jersey City Stay straight to go onto Hoboken Avenue (NJ-139 West State Hwy.) Continue on Hoboken Avenue until you come to Palisade Avenue. Turn Left onto Palisade Avenue. Continue on Palisade Avenue until you come to Newark Avenue.
